SEAPRO is headed up by Kerikeri local Michael Betts who has 30+ years experience in the marine industry.

Having achieved huge success across all marine disciplines as the Service Manager for Mercury Marine for the whole of UK and Ireland, he moved into senior management positions in a number of global locations before making New Zealand home.

Since arriving in NZ, he has held a number of roles turning around various marine dealerships including major outlets like Fish City. 

His vast knowledge of all brands of engines and boats means that the service he is able to offer is second to none.

Having relocated to Kerikeri ten years ago and realising that local boat owners needed an efficient, professional and reliable service, one which would go to them rather than them having the inconvenience of taking their boat to a dealership (sometimes many kilometres away), Mike started SEAPRO to provide such a service of coming to you and loves taking care of one of your top priorities, your boat!
