SEAPRO is headed up by Kerikeri local Michael Betts who has 30+ years experience in the marine industry.

Having achieved huge success across all marine disciplines as the Service Manager for Mercury Marine for the whole of UK and Ireland, he moved into senior management positions in a number of global locations before making New Zealand home.

Since arriving in NZ, he has held a number of roles turning around various marine dealerships including major outlets like Fish City. 

His vast knowledge of all brands of marine engines and boats means that the service he is able to offer is second to none.

Mike relocated to Kerikeri ten years ago and realised very quickly that local boat owners were in need of an efficient, professional and reliable service, a mobile one which could go to them, rather than them having the inconvenience of taking their boat to a dealership (sometimes many kilometres away from where they live), Mike started SEAPRO to provide just such a service and is in great demand because of it.
